∙ 11y agoFirst fly to mistralian city (where the flying type gym leader is) when you land in front of the pokemon center walk right and there should be a house with four people in it talk to the one on the top left hand corner she the the move relearner the one on the top right hand corner is the move deleter

∙ 12y agoIn the house at the top left end of Fallarbor town. You need a heart scale(found underwater). If you talk to the man inside, he will take the scale and offer to teach a move to any Pokemon in your party.

∙ 9y agoThere is no Move Relearner (or Move Reminder) in Pokémon Red, Pokémon Blue, Pokémon Yellow, Pokémon Gold, Pokémon Silver or Pokémon Crystal however you can find one in Fallarbor Town in Pokémon Ruby, Pokémon Sapphire, Pokémon Emerald, Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire, you can find the Relearner on Two Island in Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen. Diamond, Pearl and Platinum's can be found in Pastoria City while HeartGold and SoulSilver's can be found in Blackthorn City. Pokémon Black and White's can be found in Mistralton City while the Re-learner was moved to the Pokémon World Tournament building in Pokémon Black 2 and White 2. Pokémon X and Y's can be found in Dendemille Town.
