It's used to evolve some species of Pokemon. If a Poliwhirl is given a King's Rock as a held item and then traded, it will evolve into a Politoed. If a Slowpoke is given a King's Rock to hold and traded, it will become a Slowking. I think those are the only two evolutions the King's Rock can be used for, but I may have forgotten some.hi or seadrea you can also evolve a seadra into a kingdra with the king's rock. note: u use the dragon scale to elvolve seadra connect the king's rock to slowpoke or poliwhirl then trade it
