∙ 13y agoSimple it can be found only after u defeat all the gym leaders in kanto. then go to prof oak in pallet town then he'll give u access to mt silver. Go to viridian city and turn left keep going and u'll reach a building. in that building turn left and u'll be tortured by wild pokemon.
