Where can you download the complete series of sailor moon?

Because Sailor Moon (the anime, at least) is currently out of licensing in the United States, it is not possible to easily locate legitimate DVDs, such as those for Seasons 1 and 2 by ADV, or Seasons 2-4 from Pioneer/Geneon. As a result, many episodes have been put up on YouTube (split apart due to YouTube's time limits), while remastered fansubs can be found on websites such as Sailor Moon Center. moonsisters.org. Check out the Moon Sisters Theatre on the site. There's a ton of Sailormoon clips (some subtitled, most not) that you can use in your next AMV.

The videos are separated by season (R, S, SuperS, ect) and there's also an area for DiC and Cloverway's versions and for Sailormoon commercial reels from Japan, China, America, Canada and a few other countries.

Also, Moon Sisters has a sub site called Sailormoon Jukebox, which has a ton of Sailormoon music and sound clips you can use as well.

I don't know how you download it in english, but I saw on youtube Sailor Moon episode 200 there is a fandub. The starting song has a bad singer but everything else is fine. The people in Sailor Moon episode 200 were saying english. No other language.It's a little violent. The violent parts is when Sailor Moon turns nakid and Sailor Galaxia gets stabbed in the stomach with a sword and a little blood goes on the sword. Not that violent right?

You can't; royalty-free clips of Sailor Moon don't technically exist. Sailor Moon is a licensed program and as such, any distribution of it outside of the original series is considered a breach of that licensing.

However, clips of the series have often been extracted to make fan-made series or fandubs of the series, or to stitch together out of sequence in short anime Music Videos. While these uses could be argued to be "Fair Use" under United States law, it is Japanese law that undoubtedly prevails when it comes to the proper use of Sailor Moon footage.

The Japanese animation studio that owns the rights to the original anime, Toei, has on occasion, exercised its rights over the animated series and how and where it is shown and distributed, including removing episodes from sites like YouTube.
