If you do not have Wi-fi the only way you can get it is to start with the speed pack because u cannot DNA digivolve it or digivolve monodramon to it. If you have Wi-fi, then you can digimatch and get a dragon egg(greymon; dragon lvl 25+) or a kaizer egg(dragon lvl 40+;dark lvl 40+)
