If you do not have Wi-fi the only way you can get it is to start with the speed pack because u cannot DNA digivolve it or digivolve monodramon to it. If you have Wi-fi, then you can digimatch and get a dragon egg(greymon; dragon lvl 25+) or a kaizer egg(dragon lvl 40+;dark lvl 40+)

∙ 9y agoTo get Airdramon on Digimon Dusk you can find it in the Highlight Haven. Airdramon can be digivolved from Monodramon at level 21 and 4000 total experience. In addition you can hatch a Kaizer Egg for a Airdramon.
