The wristwatch used is actually an Omega Speesmaster X-33. The watch itself is commonly referred to as the 'Mars Watch' and also appeared in a less successful Tim Robins film called 'Mission to Mars'.
The X-33 was modified in 'Minority Report'. In the film it looks like either a NATO G10 strap or possibly a thin velcro strap was used. The standard strap with the X-33 is either a full titanium band or a kevlar band in black.
There was also some computer generated imagery (CGI) used in the scenes showing the watch functioning. The standard X-33 has both an anologue and digital display. In the film the digital display was enhanced to show much more dramatic visual functions.
The X-33 is an awesome watch and is the official NASA watch supplied to all its astronaughts. It can be purchased for around £1100 or US$1800 if you can find one.
Only a limited number were made between 1996 and 2002 and I suspect any you find available for purchase will be pre-owned.
I believe they are Adidas GSG9 boots. The new GSG9s don't look like the ones in MI3, but the originals do. (GSG9 is Grenz Schutz Gruppe 9, or German border patrol unit 9.)
