When did the first Neopet come out?

Neopets was launched in 1999 and really only grew by word of mouth at first. The first breed of Neopet that was created was Thyassa the Chia who was born on November 14th, 1999.

It's really random and rare. (He can zap your neopet(s)).

What happens if you drink noxious nectar in neopets?

You can't make your neopet drink it, It's a Battledome item, equip your neopet with it!

Is it true that if you feed a Neopet only glowing jelly it will become a glowing Neopet?

Yes. It's random though. So somebody could feed Glowing Jelly exclusively to their Neopet and it will never change to the glowing color.
