In the 4th book: The battle of the Labyrinth, she kissed Percy because she knows Percy was going to die because of the prophecy. It said about a loved one. In the 5th book: The Last Olympian, probably Annabeth couldn't take it no more. She couldn't help hiding her love so she kisses Percy. Its so romantic!
