The fates don't give Percy any coordinates (numbers). As far as I know, Percy doesn't even deal with the fates in the Sea of Monsters (and I know a lot about these books). The Grey Sisters in the taxi to Camp Half-Blood give Percy, Annabeth, and Tyson (Not really Tyson, but he was in the car) the coordinates to the Sea of Monsters. They are 30, 31, 75, 12.
