Ichigo's most recent transformation happened in chapter 350. However, there is no evidence whatsoever that this form is Vasto Lorde. If fact, to this point we know next to nothing about them. All we've heard is a few comments and speculation here and there. What Hitsugaya said about them and that silhouette we saw are not concrete proof of anything. Just because Ichigo (or any other character) is strong and has horns, does not make them a Vasto Lorde. Until Tite Kubo actually writes dialogue in a chapter specifically stating that someone is a Vasto Lorde, then there are none of them in Bleach...yet.
