You can own Chikorita, Totodile, or Cyndaquil. You can find Dunsparce on Three Island. If you started the game with a Charmander, you can find Suicune all over the Kanto Region in random places; if you started with a Squirtle, your target legendary dog Pokemon is Raikou; you'll find Entei if you began FireRed with a Bulbasaur. You can't catch a Ho-oh and a Lugia of your own without having attended a Nintendo Event with a Wireless Adapter and Mystery Gift. Tyranitar, the Johto version of Dragonite, the Hoenn version of Salamence, and the Sinnoh version of Garchomp, can be evolved from Pupitar, which is rare Larvitar, which can be found in Seven Island's grass.
You find it when you talk to you mum at your house after beating the Elite Four
Staryu is a water type Pokemon. In Pokemon FireRed, it is possible to find lots of Staryus in the Seafoam Islands.
It's not possible to find Sudowoodo in Pokemon FireRed. You will need to trade for one from a Pokemon Emerald game-save.
you can not find the Pokemon teddiursa on Pokemon leaf green however you can find it on poken emerald :) :)
No you find it in Pokemon mansion.
Whirl islands are in the johto region which is not in firered.
Actually, I think that is a Johto region pokemon, and seeing as Firered is a 1st gen remake, which is set in Kanto, you can't find it in the wild. You might be able to trade for it.

After getting the national dex you can find johto Pokemon roaming around the sevii islands AKA islands 1-7. Take a look around each island to find all the johto Pokemon, here are some hints where to look: One island, Four island, Five island, Six island, Seven island.
in ice path in johto.
Actually, I think it's on the high side. In Pokemon Red, Blue, Yellow and Green, (JP) Johto Pokemon weren't yet invented. But in Pokemon FireRed and Leafgreen, you could find Johto Pokemon in the wild as well as trade Hoenn Pokemon from Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Colosseum, and XD later in the game. Since HeartGold and Soulsilver are remakes, much like FirRed and Leafgreen, their will probably be Johto and Kanto Pokemon like Gold, Silver and Crystal, along with Hoenn Pokemon later. Then again, FireRed and Leafgreen had Johto Pokemon only on the Sevii Islands. HeartGold and SoulSilver probably won't have the Sevii Islands, but will have Kanto. Since you could find Johto Pokemon in Kanto in Generation II games, you should be able to find Hoenn Pokemon in Kanto. Just another guess. Hope I helped. Thanks! Yes.There are a bunch of hoen Pokemon in HG ans SS. Including starter Pokemon (treecko, torchic, and mudkip) which are given to you by Steven Stone after you beat Red on Mt. Silver.
Yanma can't be found in Pokemon FireRed or Pokemon LeafGreen; it is strictly a fourth generation Pokemon.
you can find them in either Kanto, Johto or by trading Pokemon with other people
it's in pokemon leafgreen
get all the Pokemon in the pokedex then talk to birch

Celebi cannot be found in Pokemon FireRed. The only way to get Celebi in Pokemon FireRed is receiving it from an event distribution. These events are sadly no longer supported for Pokemon FireRed.
