Five shall go west to the goddess in chains

Percy, Thalia, Bianca, Zoe and Grover go west to save Artemis

One shall be lost in the land without rain

Bianca sacrifices herself to save the others in the desert

Bane of Olympus shows the trail

They follow the Ophiotaurus, whose power could destroy Olympus to whoever kills it

Campers and Hunters together will prevail

The group was made up of 3 campers(Percy,Grover and Thalia) and 2 hunters( Bianca and Zoe

The Titan's Curse one must withstand

Percy had to bear the Titan's curse (holding up the sky) in order for the others to defeat Atlas

And one shall perish by a parent's hand

Zoe was killed by her father, Atlas.
