First of all, if your feline can sing, then congratulations! It is a real rarity in this day and age that a cat can carry a tune! I recommend that you look into getting on to America's Got Talent because that is an act that I want to see on television.
Most composers aren't writing with the kitty in mind, so I think the first thing you have to do is really find out what range your cat is singing in. Then after that I would stick to songs that really show off their personality, like the meow mix theme song.
