Lisanna doesn't die. She was unconscious when she was sucked up into Edolas, there for everyone thought she was dead. In the anime and manga, Natsu doesn't like Lucy that way, but he like Lisanna that way. :) I'm a fan of Lisanna and Natsu, I think Lucy should go with Loki since loki likes her.

TaigaShe doesn't actually die but at the beginning of episode 41 she has a dream about the other members of fairy tail having a funeral for her but in reality Natsu pulls her out at the last moment which saves her life.
In my honest opinion this episode has to be one of the best episodes in the entire 1st season.
