Yes, Kubo does name alot of his characters after people. Like Ulquiorra was named after a famous furniture designer LOL! Anyway, I always thought "Grimm" meaning dark, or evil. And "Jow" transvering in the jappanese form of the word jaw. So i suppose it means

"Jagger" meaning a jagged, shrap surface ( once again dealing with his jaw with sharp teeth ) and "Jaques" as adding some spanish in it. So its like "Evil-jaw sharp-spanish" LOL! No but i enterperate the rest. Pay no attention to the name i made for fun. XD but that is what i think it means. Besieds, they all relate to a jaw. Except the spanish part.
