I reall don't know what Kristen Stewart eats, but i know that she eats what she want, but she does not pig out. she was born with a eating problem, which she can eat as much fatty foods, but never puts on weight, But i think just eat low things such as fruit and veg, and treat yourself once and a while. don't just keep to low cails and carbs, just remember your body need the engery.
