Percy and Annabeth are sailing by. Annabeth says that whoever survives hearing the sirens will supposedly grow wiser. She therefore instructs Percy to tie her to the mast tightly and for him to put wax in his ears so that he cannot hear the sirens' call and to ignore Annabeth's pleas to be released. Unfortunately, Percy forgot to disarm Annabeth, and she jumps off the boat, swimming towards her doom. Percy follows her and is barely able to save them both. Annabeth is later horrified at this and apologizes to Percy. However, Percy saw what Annabeth saw that was so appealing: Her parents along with Luke having a picnic together and beckoning her. Annabeth then realizes what her weakness is: Hubris, or the believe that one could do something better than the person who actually does it. In this case, believing she could get her parents back together and redeem Luke. Percy and Annabeth then ponder on what Percy's weakness is.
The character 'Annabeth' from Rick Riordan's 'Percy Jackson and the Olympians' series is entirely fictional. In 'actual' Greek mythology, Athena never had any children. In the Percy Jackson series, it was described that Annabeth was produced similarly to how Athena herself was born- Annabeth was born from thoughts, not an actual sexual union. It is explained in the 4th book. Athena was born from a cut in zues's head and she grew out of it fully formed. the athenian children are created in a similar way just without the cut. the ingenuity of the father and the sheer power of Athena combine to create a child.
to prove that he is actually the son of poseidon.
Annabeth was trying out the beds, meaning she was seeing how comfortable each one was, and the store keeper tied her up and Grover tried to save her, but he also got tied up. Percy used his retractable pen sword to cut them out and negotiate with Ares.
Annabeth Chase, Daughter of Athena, and Rachel Elizabeth Dare, a friend from school, a mortal and soon to be oracle. Percy does not have a real relationship with Rachel but she kisses him twice in the whole series. But Annabeth and him have kissed many times in the series. They end up together finally in the last book, The Last Olympian.

The hydra has great regenerative powers where if you cut off one of its head it will replace it with 2.
There are a few moments in the story where Annabeth starts to tell Percy something significant but is cut off, assuming you're referring to the characters Annabeth and Percy from Rick Riordan's Percy Jackson and the Olympians book series. Without more detail, it's impossible to determine which precise event you are referring to, so I'll provide a few options. One instance that comes to mind is when Annabeth and Percy are talking about the prophecy that predicts what will happen to the world in the first novel, "The Lightning Thief," The sound of Grover's reed pipes cuts off Annabeth's statement that she has an idea regarding the prophecy before she can share it. The scene is being set here.
Annabeth was trying out the beds, meaning she was seeing how comfortable each one was, and the store keeper tied her up and Grover tried to save her, but he also got tied up. Percy used his retractable pen sword to cut them out and negotiate with Ares.

Unfortunatly, i don't think there are any official studies on hydras. i wouldn't know. all i know is that if you cut their heads off, they only come back doubled.

Every time he cut one of their heads off, two grew back.
They are probably refering to Percy Jackson, who cut off Meduesa's head in the movie and book series. Well, in the Greek myths, Perseus cut off Meduesa's head.
