The image of a green Godzilla has persisted, in Cartoons, toys, and elsewhere, despite him being grey in the majority of his films.
The only two Godzilla films where godzilla actually has a green hue to his skin is: Godzilla 2000 and Godzilla vs. Megaguirus. This is reflected in the related Video Games.
