Travel to Mahogany Town and defeat Gym Leader Pryce, who uses Ice-type Pokemon. Remember that Ice is weak to Fighting, Fire, Steel and Rock type attacks. In order to gain access to the Mahogany Gym, you must first make sure to defeat or capture the Red Gyarados in the Lake of Rage, which is north of Mahogany Town. Exit the gym and Surf north until you come to a cave entrance. This is the Dragon's Den. You must reach the shrine at its center before Clair will award you her badge. You are now able to head onto Victory Road and challenge the Elite Four.
