Beauty and the Beast since it was nominated for the Best Picture Academy Award.
The ones Disney actually worked on during the "Golden era" and post WW2, Pinocchio & Cinderella for instance, I believe are generally considered as some of the best.

∙ 14y agoAlice from the Alice Comedies and Oswald the Lucky Rabbit were created by Walt Disney before Mickey Mouse. However, Mickey's immediate (and continuing) popularity surpassed any animated character before him.
Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Pluto, and Goofy are now considered the "classic" Disney characters.
