He's like a new version of Four Arms, appear to be like half a dinosaur, half a man. His power is gain incredible strength by increasing his height even until 60 feet. He can even throw trucks and cause great damage to his opponents.

Echo Echo

A new version of Ditto. He can divide himself in many "clones", but not like Ditto because the Dittos were independent of the other ones (that explains why when one of the Dittos hurt his foot, the other ones felt the pain too and why they have to be together in order that Ben became human again). Echo Echo clones are independent and can throw ultrasonic blasts which can immobilize his enemies.

Swampfire

A combination between Fireblast and Wildvine. He can throw fire blasts from his hands, smell really bad because the planet where these aliens come from is fulled with swamps and methane and he has the power of controlling all plant life and strength. Also, Ben found out in a battle against the DNAliens that he has an amazing power of regeneration when his arm was cut off. It's unknown so far if that power would have a limit.

Big Chill

He is Ben's new alien ghost. He wears a blue hood and speaks with creepy whispers. He can fly, cross walls, make himself invisible and has the ability to freeze even freeze from inside. Also, these creatures have children every 50 years, and Ben (transformed in Big Chill) started to act really strange, eat metal and drink boiling melt iron and he didn't remembered anything of it. Later, Ben wakes from Big Chill's control and surprised of seeing baby Big Chills.

Brainstorm

Now that Ben doesn't have Gray Matter, he has Brainstorm. He is kinda a crab with a really high IQ and has the power of throwing electric blasts from his brain which is protected by a shell. In this transformation, Ben acts really arrogant because of his intelligence.

Jetray

He is like a big pterodactyl. His name is because of he can fly, swim and blast rays from his tail head. This was the first alien that Julie saw when Ben didn't have other choice than reveal her the truth and she considered it cool.

Spidermonkey

He is a monkey with 8 legs who can throw spiderwebs and has a lot of energy and adrenaline. In this transformation, Ben talks making monkey sounds in the end of his sentences and acts like "10 years old Ben".

Goop

He looks like a green fluid, can cross under objects with few space like doors and has the power of shape-shifting; also if he is destroyed, he regenerate drop by drop. He has a object which appeared to be some kind of UFO, it has the function of keeping his form and regenerate him. If he is separated of "UFO", he will remain like a fluid without movement. Also, if the UFO is destroyed, Ben will die.

Upchuck

He has the power of eat everything (except Pizza according to the original series) and from the energy he gain (protein, sugar, metal,...), he can create powerful energy blasts from his mouth.

Rath

He is a really angry tiger with big claws like knives. In this transformation, Ben acts really volatile and has the power of destroy with his claws, super strength, and of course the power of scaring his opponents too much.

Alien X

One of Ben's most powerful transformations. He has power to do amazing things like the time he fix a broken dam until the point that seem like nothing happened, but after that Ben was unable to move. Because he was in some kind of trance taking with an alien woman who was the force of love and understanding and an alien man who was the force of wrath, being Ben suppose to be the force of reason.

Way Big

His power is to get gigantic in order to gain an incredible strength. This transformation was a gift from Asmuth for Ben to defeat Vilgax and his alien army.

Diamondhead

He conserves his original powers (throwing sharp diamonds, reflect lasers, resistance to damages) but now they are more powerful than the original series. Ben had some trouble to fight Vilgax in this transformation when he was younger but now he can give Vilgax quite a battle.

Cannonbolt

Same way with Diamondhead, now his powers of rolling at grand speeds are stronger. Ben uses Cannonball in last battle against the Highbreeds because Asmuth altered the Omnitrix for Ben defeat the Highbreeds and restore the DNAliens to their human past selves.

Chromastone

He is like a purple rock, composed of living crystals. His name come from chroma (color) and stone, his powers are: shoot powerful bombastic laser beams and indestructibility.

Ghostfreak

Just in one episode. Ghosfreak is attacking Vilgaxia (Vilgax's planet) and the planet's king, Vilgax reluctantly had to ask help from Ben, Gwen and Kevin. When Ghostfreak was about to attack Vilgax, Ben came in Ghosfreak's way in order to absorb him in the Omnitrix again as a part of a plan.

Lodestar

He is yellow with black stripes and his face look to be made of iron. He has the ability of creating electric blast and electromagnetic fields using his hands.

Ultimate Swampfire

A new version of Swampfire with major abilities shown in the battle from the last episode of the series. The series continues with Ultimate versions of Ben's other aliens in Ben 10: Ultimate Alien where Ben has a better version of the Omnitrix, the Ultimatrix and somehow everyone knows that he is a hero and all kids love and admire him but some adults start to suspect on him.
