Diarkrai is lvel 900

Try to complete it, some Pokemon can't be found, so trade it from Gold, Silver or Silver version.

you can go to stark mountain and get heatran lv70. get cresselia i think at lv70 at full moon island and giratina lv70 at spring path and you can migrate from leaf green,firered,ruby,Sapphire,emerald.

After you get the national pokedex you can see, catch and record all of the Pokemon in the world (instead of just all the Pokemon that occur in the sinnoh region).

Once you have battled somebody with a non sinnoh Pokemon it will be in your pokedex and sometimes your pokedex will tell you where in sinnoh to catch it.

However, you often need your poke radar to get them (Ralts is a good example.)

The National Pokedex is a handheld encyclopedia that gives you information on Pokemon around the region. In HeartGold and Soulsilver Versions, the National Dex gives you in all 493 descriptions on every Pokemon found in Kanto and Johto. This Pokedex is given to you by Professor Oak before the Player boards the S. S. Aqua for the first time. Once this is completed ( Any unobtainable Legendary Pokemon are not required for completion.)
