well, she gets stabbed many times....first one is in episode 60 when she gets stabbed by her beloved captain aizen>.< (i hate saying his name!) btw...awsome episode i feel so bad for her tho :(... anyways second is when she arrives to help matsumoto and the others despite being sick. That is in episode 225 when this hollow thing made of arrancar arms nearly kills her, but tears her lung :$. And finally in episode 293 when hitsugaya stabs her :)
