There is a man in vermilion City who really loves Pokémon. Go to his house, let him say what he has to say, and then he will give you a BIKE VOUCHER. Now go to Cerulean City, go into the bike shop and talk to the man who sells the bicycles. In exchange for your BIKE VOUCHER, he will give you a BICYCLE.
The Bike Shop is positioned in the same place as on Ruby and Emerald.
In Mauville there is a building with loads of bikes outside of there.
The Shop owner will give you either a Mach Bike or Acro Bike.
Mach bikes are the fastest of the two and will let you take part in the speed challenge just outside of Mauville, Also it will let you climb the many sand slopes positioned around the Hoenn Region.
The Acro Bike will let you perform trics on it. (Such as wheelies, Bunnyhops, and other forms of jumps.) The Acro bike is usefull for one point, that I know of, in the game. Well I cannot remember at the present time but it can be useful at some points (I think it is when you try to get a Feebas.)
Whichever Bike you choose, the Shop owner will let you switch bikes whenever you like so it doesn't matter which one you pick.
