Dorea Black married a man called Charlus Potter and they had a son.
Dorea and Charlus would be Andromeda's great auntie and Tonks great great auntie.
It is possible that Dorea and Charlus' child was James Potter but not likely. However the Black family and the Potter family are still releated - however distantly.

Nymphadora Tonks is Andromeda's daughter which makes Bellatrix Lestrange (and Narcissa Malfoy) her aunt.

Nothing is known of Ted's family except that they were muggles.
Tonks aunties are, Bellatrix Lestrange and Narcissa Malfoy, who are her mothers sisters. Their husbands, Rodolphus Lestrange and Lucius Malfoy, are her uncles.
Draco Malfoy, is Nymphadora's first cousin.
Her grandparents are Cygnus and Druella Black and her great aunt and uncle are Walburga and Orion Black. Their children, Sirius and Regulus Black, are her second cousins.
Nymphadora was married to Remus Lupin and they had one son, Edward 'Teddy' Lupin.
