No after much searching I am finding that Enid Spann died of a Brain Aneurysm in a movie theater bathroom.

The book was never published because the authour's book publisher did not want anymore to do with it.
Because there was others who tried as well and well they got slapped with legal battles from the people they were going to write the biographies about, so the publisher pretty much backed out completely on this book to be written.
