PreTear , Hanasakeru Seishounen and Saiunkoku Monogatari .
'Saiunkoku Monogatari' has similar themes . The basic setup in 'Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushii' and 'Saiunkoku Monogatari' feels very similar . A lofty prince employs the skills of a seemingly more common woman and confronts his weaknesses and discovers his emotions in the process . Throw in a smidgen of political drama and a quirky magical world concept and voila . What makes both these shows more successful than they would seem at face value is female protagonists that are not passive or boringly flawless . They're good shoujo girls, of course, but they're also intelligent, adventurous, and speak their minds .
Alice Academy, AKA Gakuen Alice, is published by Tokyopop and Hakusensha. When the mangas are scanned and posted online at fan sites without the consent of the publishers, then they are illegally posted. WikiAnswers does not support this practice. However, the publishers sometimes post the mangas on their own web sites, which is perfectly legal. I checked at Tokyopop and they currently have some episodes posted to read. It would be a good idea to check in from time to time as they sometimes will put issues up. See the related link below.

Manga Here along with other scanlation viewing sites provides the ongoing series up to Volume 5 so far. The story is also found under The Story of Saiunkoku.
You can watch it on Veoh TV. You have to download the application, but it's free and doesn't harm your computer. There's a LOT of anime on Veoh TV, and the quality is quite good, if you download each one and delete it afterward (instead of allowing the video to stream). They also have it on Anime Season. Both seasons as well as all the episodes are up online. http://www.animeseason.com/saiunkoku-monogatari/ http://www.animeseason.com/saiunkoku-monogatari-2nd-series/

As of now, there isn't an official English translation of Sai Yukino's 'Saiunkoku Monogatari' novels. Fans have made unofficial translations available online, but they may not always be accurate or complete. Keep an eye out for potential future official translations.
No , at the moment only one season with thirteen episodes of "Isekai no Seikishi Monogatari" is around but if you watch the end of the 13th it does leave the universe open for another story so we might get lucky and get a season 2 maybe even a season 3 :) :) :) :).
