jirachi is the second most powerful Pokemon,arceus is the first and i love mine it has allways been my fave Pokemon and im sure if you get 1 you will too.

Jirachi, a Pokemon from the Hoenn region, lives in Wish Cave 99F. After you beat Rayquaza in Sky Tower and meet up with Medicham and Ekans, Medicham will eventually give you a Wish Stone. Bring the Stone to Wish Cave 99F, where Jirachi will grant a wish if you beat it and don't want to recruit it.
