The studios where most of the I Love Lucy episodes were filmed have changed corporate hands many times, but still exist as working studios. As such, they are not open to the public. They are currently owned and operated by Red Studios.
Hogwarts is fictional, it doesn't really exist. In the series, no American student is mentioned as attending Hogwarts. Presumably if any American family wished to send their child to Hogwarts they would have to arrange their own travel. In the series Hogwarts is located somewhere in the North of Scotland, but the exact location was never disclosed. Leavesden Studios, where the movies were filmed, is open to tours. This is located in London, which has several airports you could fly to.

Abbey Road Studios, which is not normally open to the public, recently opened their doors to the public for tours to celebrate the studio's 80th birthday.
