Yea, but only by marriage.

Zsa Zsa Gabor was married to Conrad Hilton (Paris Hilton's Great Grandad and the founder of the Hilton Hotel Chain) for a short period of four years.

Therefore that makes Zsa Zsa the Ex-Step-Great-Grandmother of Paris.

Conrad was married before Zsa Zsa to Mary Adelaide Barron, and he had four kids with her, one of whom was William Barron Hilton, Paris's Grandad and the one who succeeded his father as President of Hilton Hotels.

Conrad only had one child with Zsa Zsa called Constance Francesca Hilton, who would be the half-sister of Paris's Grandad (William Barron Hilton).

The Hilton's have a very interesting family tree actually, marrying the rich and famous left right and center!

Zsa Zsa first ventured to the United States in 1941 where she quickly befriended and married Conrad Hilton

Prior to Zsa Zsa, Conrad was married to Mary Adelaide Barron, who passed away in 1934, giving him William Baron Hilton I, Eric Michael Hilton, and Conrad Hilton, Jr

Conrad Jr.'s brother, William Baron Hilton married Marilyn June Hawley in 1947. They gave birth to eight children, including Richard Howard Hilton.

Richard Hilton, in turn, married Kathy Richards in 1979. Their first child, Paris Hilton, was born in 1981. This connection makes Paris the grand-niece (or ex-grand niece, whichever way you want to look at it) of Zsa Zsa Gabor.
