Logan and camille right now have kind of on again of again relationship but are not dating anymore right now but you can clearly tell they still have feelings for each other in a reacent episode called big time reality (PS. theirs alot of them kissing in that episode.)

In my opimiom they broke up, they're not an on again off again couple, they obviously still have feelings for each other, they've kissed a lot since they broke up, like in the episode big time single, and another one which I don't remember the name of. They're very good friends, and who knows maybe they'll get back together someday.

The writers made it so it's very confusing. They are not dating. Camile only wants to go back out with Logan. It took me a long time to figure that out.
