Emma Crosby is not married but has been going out with a young city banker called Leo Roubicek for a year now. Leo Roubicek, 32, who is vice president of consolidated equities at Morgan Stanley, spent Christmas in South Africa with the presenter and her parents. He began dating Miss Crosby after she split up with journalist Andrew Porter. A close friend told the Mail: 'Emma and Leo are very close. They have been together for about a year. Leo frequently stays over at Emma's house but they have separate homes. It is too early to talk of engagement as both of them are career focused and enjoying the relationship as it is.'
