you,ll need to blow into the mic on your computer. if your using a laptop you would probably need to plug a mic in if it doesnt have one.im also having a problem with this.hope you blow it away! if you are using desmume or another emulator, look under configuration for the hotkeys, look up microphone, pick a key for it and just tap the key until they leave
If you're using an emulator to play Pokémon Platinum on your computer you have to go in the options and look what keys correspond to that buttons, and then press them together.

I am not positive if this will work, but it sounds like a similar problem with Pokemon Fire Red. On your VBA, go to "Options" scroll down to "Emulator" over to "Save Type". Now change it to "Automatic" and "FLASH 128K".
I know I have just answered my own question but I have found the answer to this problem, to see the answer look at the external links for the video.
It may be a messed up rom, or a problem with your emulator.
i have the same problem it is on youtube
In the original SNES release, the crocomire fight was fully lighted and colored. If you are playing on an emulator, the problem exists with your computer, the ROM, or the emulator's configuration settings. Unless you can pinpoint the problem, you should consult the emulator's (or ROM's) forums.
maby...........................? It depends on the type of emulator you are using. 1) Search for updates 2) Stop every other program working in background. 3) Perform complete maintenance on your PC. 4) If still not speed enough try posting your problem or searching in http://forums.ngemu.com
