If we leave in the fact that you need to be spiritually aware to see him in his Soul Reaper form, then Ichigo would be invisible to Goku, and therefore he would likely win.
But for the sake of this we'll remove that. In this case I believe it would be Goku. He could probably destroy a planet with his little toe in Super Saiyan 4 (which exists). That coupled with the fact that he can use mega-moves like Kamehameha and the Spirit Bomb would probably crush Ichigo even with his Bankai Hollowfication.
At the end of the day I can't really say, but those are my thoughts. It would be interesting though.
