My wife just removed the clock fuse and the sliding door fuses....and it fixed the problem (28 Jan. 2010) on her 2003 Odyssey Van.
The original problem: sliding door stuck open - could not manually move it at all (even in manual mode). The (passenger side) sliding door was having issues of not fully latching (had to push it to latch it in place) for 3-4 months before being stuck.

Here is an answer to a similar question I found:
I have a 2001 Honda Odyssey and have taken the van to the dealer to get the power door reset.... $50. There is apparently a breaker of some sort (not the electrical fuse) that causes the door to stop functioning if it has a problem opening or something causes it to stick when you try to open it. AVOID THE $50 CHARGE and the wasted time of having this "repaired".
To reset, I tried both of these suggestions below at the same time. I found these elsewhere online... not sure which worked, but the door is working again without a trip to the mechanic.
Posts elsewhere indicated that this worked on both 2000 and 2001 Honda Odyssey vans.
Suggestion #1
1.) Disable the power door switch on the left dashboard.
2.) Remove the power door fuses located under the front passenger leg area.
3.) Manually open and close both sliding doors.
4.) Restore the power door fuses located under the front passenger leg area.
5.) Enable the power door switch on the left dashboard.
6.) Try opening the sliding doors.
Suggestion #2
Remove fuse #13 (clock) for 30 seconds or more from the passenger side fusebox. This will reset the door and the clock.

If you don't have a spare key, get the lock changed.

I think you have to get out lock doors and open with key, this resets it.
The best options for sliding door lock hardware include mortise locks, cylinder locks, and keyless entry systems. These options provide varying levels of security and convenience for securing sliding doors.
Hit the battery with a hammer... that should do the trick
Our 2007 Honda Pilot does not have this feature. We manually lock the doors when we are in the car.
I would rather have a sliding door. A sliding door offers unparalleled convenience and efficiency. Sliding glass doors are also better because they are easier to lock from the inside and you can see out of them because they double as a window.
To ensure the security of your home with a reliable sliding glass door exterior lock, consider installing a high-quality deadbolt lock specifically designed for sliding doors. Make sure the lock is properly installed and regularly maintained. Additionally, consider adding security bars or a secondary locking mechanism for extra protection.
I just had a problem with my 2007 Honda Odyssey where the front driver-side door half-locked (became stuck), when it wasn't supposed to lock at all. It took three fire trucks, two ambulances, and two police cars to unlock the door and my 2 1/2 year old son was locked in there in 95 degree weather!
very carefully reme it and remove plug and reverse the pro cesure
if the doors do not lock then one of the fuses is out!
If a Honda Odyssey has an alarm problem, simply pull the hood release latch and locate the hood latch lock in the center of the Honda, in front of the radiator. Locate the wiring harness next to the hood latch on the right side and pull up on the locking tab in the center of the harness and unplug it.
To reprogram the key for a Honda Odyssey, first, insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the "On" position without starting the engine. Within five seconds, turn the key back to "Off" and then repeat this process two more times, ending in the "On" position. After the third cycle, the doors should lock and unlock automatically, indicating that the vehicle is in programming mode. Finally, press any button on the key fob to complete the programming process.
