How does Katniss die?

In "The Hunger Games", Katniss killed Marvel and shot Cato in the hand with arrows. Peeta never really killed anyone; the majority of the tributes were killed in the beginning of the Games because they headed right for the Cornucopia.

Peeta and Katniss 'outsmart' the Capitol by trying to die at the same time, by eating poisonous berries. the Capitol and the gamemakers notice this, and call that they both win, because two winners are better than none.
