first,go out of the underground and to the orburgh museum and go inside. Talk to the scientist. he will tell you to go out for a minute. Go back in and have your revived Pokemon. However you must have 5 Pokemon in your party to obtain this process.

Talk to him, (you give him the fossil), and walk out of the room. Walk back in again, and he will give your your prehistoric Pokemon--but you have to have a space in your party.
