i think you have to give the fossils to the museum in pewter city
You can get them in fossils. In Mt. Moon, you can choose between two fossils to get--which are Omanyte and Kabuto. You get the Old Amber elsewhere (sorry, can't remember where exactly), and to resurrect them, you need to have access to Cinnabar Island. There, you will find a lab with scientist in it. Talk to him, (you give him the fossil), and walk out of the room. Walk back in again, and he will give your your prehistoric Pokemon--but you have to have a space in your party. Hope this was useful. ^^
This would involve trading between both Pokemon games. There is unfortunately no other way.
There is no Wonder News in Pokemon FireRed, whatever that is.
You can't go to Johto in Pokemon FireRed or LeafGreen.

Fossils cannot be created in Pokemon FireRed, there is a finite number of them to find.
Oreburgh mining museum (Oreburgh city)
Cinnabar
only if you trade with a friend

You can't, you have to trade over from FireRed or LeafGreen.
Aerodactyl is revived from one of the fossils that you receive in Mt. Moon.
You have to use item "Revive" or "Max Revive" or you have to go to the Pokemon Center and talk to Sister Joy. There are also places and people in certain locations that can revive your fainted Pokemons.

No the only way to get the other fossil is trade the Pokemon that was inside from another game to yours.
You just find out what ancient Pokemon they belong to and after you beat the Elite 4 you can go to Orebergh city (sorry if there is spelling error) and enter the fossils museum to resurrect them. Talk to the guy at the front desk and have the fossil in your bag.
