You have to get some machoke or some other strong Pokemon with the same field move and then go back to the big plug that you saw when you first entered the ship. But before you get to the big plug you almost have to go through a maze because the water is covering the ground leaving only the crates for you to walk on. When you get to the plug get the machoke to push it back into place. You have to hurry because there is a time limit.
