Go to your shop and click Create/Edit Your Shop. If you scroll down to the bottom you will see a section called Shop Size. It will tell you your current Shop size and there will be a button you can press to Upgrade. It will tell you on the button how many nps it will cost to upgrade. It increases by 200nps a time as you upgrade.
