If you mean pet page, there are many different ways. Go to a board, click someone's pet page, and scroll to the credits on the bottom. It usually says something like 'click here to get yours'. You click, then you have all these different layouts to try. I found about 50 on one of them.

∙ 15y agoHTML is complicated, so I really suggest you go with premade lookups, but if you really want to know. I suggest you go to a help site for neopets such as www.sunnyneo.com and www.jellyneo.com and read their guides. Or you can just play around with the coding if you know the basics such as bolding, hyperlinking, and graphics.
