How do you get your Activation Code on Neopets?

You get sent an email to the email you signed up with. In the email there is a link. Just click it.

you should get an email from the email you signed up with. It will have a link and you just click on it. Then POOF your account is activated. =)

It doesn't always happen like poof though. And your account can easily get hacked, or contaminated with a virus

Check the email account you registered the account with and there should be an email from The Neopets Team about Activating your account in you the Inbox or Junk Mail folder. Open it and click the link inside, or copy the code given and return to Neopets and input the code in the space in the bar that asks for the code. Your account should now be activated.

If you never received an email from TNT concerning activating your account, re-send the email. There should be an option somewhere to do so, as I can't remember since it's been a long time.

When you made your account you have to put an email address in. Check the email address for a email from Neopets which will contain a confirmation code for your account. There will also be a link, which you can click on to take you to the place where you put in the code to confirm your account!

If you don't get the email make sure to check your spam folder too.

Hopefully, when you open up your email account, you will just see a message from "support@neopets.com." in your inbox. This message will contain an activation code. Simply click on the link in the email, and your account will be activated.

If the email is not in your inbox, here are a few tips:

• Wait. The email should not take more than a couple minutes to arrive, but it still might not show up instantaneously.
• Check to see if the email was automatically placed in your spam folder.
• Check your trash to see if you deleted it by mistake
• Go back to Neopets and revisit the "activate" page, then resend the email.

If it turns out that you accidentally gave them the wrong email address, don't despair! You can change the email address associated with the account in "Preferences" then resend the activation email.

You can't activate Petpets. If you mean to give it to your pet, then go to your inventory, click the Petpet, and on the drop-down list, select the pet you would like to give it to.
