How do you get the L-Disk in Pokemon Colosseum?

To get the L-Disk, you need to first obtain the D-Diskfrom Gonzap in the Team Snagem Hideout. Use the D-Disk in The Under and the UFO will take you to the Deep Colosseum. On the ground there will be something shiny (this is not the L-Disk). Pick up the item. It will be a pair of steel teeth. Return to the main section of The Under and use the F-Disk. Talk to the old man near the side of the gorge in front of the Under Colosseum and he will ask for the teeth. He will give you the L-Diskin exchange.

After you have defeated the head of Cipher you will get emails like crazy,after you have caught Bayleef.Quilava and Crocnor you should get an email saying that Team Snagem have made a new snag machine,go to check it out but head to Gonzaps office ,after you defeat him he will leave the D Disk

You defeat Gonzap in the Team Snagem Hideout. Well after you beat the game(Defeating the Mayor in the Realgam Tower)
