How do you get the HM Waterfall in Pokemon Light Platinum?

Bring 3 Keys (or pick them up along the way) to Solar Cave. If you obtain the HM but then lose it, you can always come back to get it again and again, but you may only have each HM one at a time.

The Leader needs to be Water-type or hovers (most Flying and Ghost-types and Beldum, Magnemite, etc.), because there is a ring of water around the HM.

After some time after you beat Rayquaza, Medicham will tell you that something happened to Lombre. After you talk to Lombre, Whiscash will give you an HM Dive, but you should probably use it to teach a Pokémon Dive then store the HM in the Kangaskhan Storage, so in case if you faint in Stormy Sea, you won't lose HM Dive.
