first you have to have to have all 8 badges. then you have to beat the elite four. after that,go to pacificlodge town, then surf west into the ocean current. after a couple stops, you should see a calm spot with deep water. dive there and go in the cave.use dig at the back and then when you go through go all the way to the back and click on the writing.(you have to have wailord at the front of your party and relicanth at the back) there should be an earthquake. then go search for the ancient ruins and catch the regis.

The Regi Three

Before you start your mission for the Regi's, you will need to open the seal. To do this,

you will need FLY, DIG, SURF, DIVE and STRENGTH. You will also need a Relicanth, and a wailord. Goto Pacifidlog and head west. Stay as most south as you can. When you see a spotthat you can dive, that's surronded in rapids pushing away, you probably missed it, flyback and try again. When you do reach the spot, dive down. You will head down and the the right i think. You will reach an area with wierd writing on the wall. Read it and goto the surface. Goto the wall with more weird writing and use dig. Go into the area. MUST HAVE RELICANTH IN FIRST SLOT AND WAILORD IN LAST. Goto the area with MORE weird writing and

read it. Youll hear an earthquake. Get out and Read about Regice/Regirock/Registeel to

catch them.

They are on routes 104(Regice-wait for a while close to the brail) 111(Regirock-go to wall with brail and use right right down down then strength) 120 0r 121(Registeel-use fly in middle of room) there are always going to ruin maniacs close by all at level 40

YOU CAN GET IT! GO ON PK LOCATOR AND THERE SHOULD BE ROOMS WITH REGIROCK IN IT AT A HIGH LEVEL (41-50) I HAPPENED TO SEE A LOT OF LVL 49 REGIROCKS. I hope I helped :)

There is no way to get a Regirock on leafgreen but to trade it from ruby or sapphire or emerald.
