I know how to get four limbs but not the head. The mini game people are standing on the limbs so ditch class to get them.
The head either under the Security lady in the Slifer Red Dorm or on the other side of the waterfall in the forest. You can also rent them from the lab or try to get it in the Tag duel booster pack in the store
It must be under the security lady as i know how to get over the other side of the waterfall. ( just brush along the trees on the right and you will find a passage follow it to get to the other side of the waterfall)

Exodia's win condition is that all five parts are in your hand, while Exodia Necross' summoning condition is that all five parts are in your graveyard. It's much, much easier to get them all into the graveyard, than it is to have all five in your hand at the same time. So a deck based around Exodia Necross will try to put them there, rather than play to get them all in hand.

Once you've done that complete the tag force tournament (part 2) and proceed to part three. Find the shadow riders and finally beat he old man at the end once you've done all this just before the credits it will say that you have acquired Raviel, Uri and Hamon with the picture of their cards. -Hope this helps
