Anything that is able to be traded can leave your account. However, the brushes and petpets that come in the newbie packs are mechanically unable to leave your account.
How many Neopets can you have?
Neopets only allows you to have five accounts per email address. You are allowed one main account (in which you play games, have a shop, etc.), one guild account (only if your main account is the head of a guild and your guild account is allowed to have a guild shop.), and the rest are only supposed to have galleries.
Does your Neopets account have to be one month old to trade Neopets?
I'm pretty sure your account can be any age to trade basic neopets but to trade painted or limited edition pets you have to have an account at least four months old or older.
