I think there are two ways to get a chocolate pet.
You have to zap the neopet with a lab ray. OR
I don't know if this works but I heard that TNT wrote that if you feed your chia a LOT of chocolate it will turn into a chocolate chia.
Zapping your xweetok with the lab ray, and that does not guarantee that you will get chocolate
