The dragon you get depends on the version you have, and there is a trick that Game Freak specifically put in Black and White for the player to get both dragons. To catch Reshiram, do the following:
1: Catch your version's dragon: RESHIRAM (Black) ZEKROM (White).
2: Beat N and Ghetsis and beat the game.
3: Go to P2 Laboratory and N will be inside the building (for those of you who don't know where the P2 Laboratory is, it is on a small island nearby Route 18 (accessible via Surf).
4: N will say that a scientist had resorted to Team Plasma's secret lab on this island because he continued the project to power up the laser on Genosect's back (he will now say some stuff about how he canceled the project due to the fact that Pokemon enhanced by science lost it's pureness.
5: N will say that he will give you his RESHIRAM on one condition, you must take good care of RESHIRAM and then walks away.
6: The RESHIRAM will be at lv.60 with these moves: Fusion Flare, Flamethrower, Dragon Claw, Fire Fang.
