Go to Panten Town and in the swamp is a 1% Of a ditto Which is a level 20 ditto and is shiny no matter what and it is a 1 hit ko So its best not to Attack and just spam Ultra Balls or any other kind of balls.

After you get the national dex (by seeing all 210 sinnoh Pokemon) go to the trophy garden and talk to the guy with the butler. once a day there will be a new Pokemon to catch there . if your lucky it will be ditto

Go to esmerald city or panten town then go to the swamp/route 406 and it is a 1 percent chance to get ditto and it is shiny no matter the circumstances
