Well, there are variations. I'll give you two. I'm going to assume that you play the PS3, because I do. Goku's would be square square square square square triangle triangle triangle triangle x square triangle triangle circle triangle triangle. (I can't use shapes >:( ) Tarble, Vegeta(scouter) and Vegeta Base and Super Saiyan is square square square square square triangle triangle triangle x triangle square triangle x triangle triangle. I think that's what it is, but the end might be different, as in triangle circle triangle triangle but I'm not sure.

In Galaxy Mode you need to unlock Super Saiyan by completing a certain mission. Then once you unlock it, in battle you hold down RT then a small menu will come up, and then press either X,Y,A, or B depending on which transformation you want to use for the character you are playing as. The buttons correspond to the menu, so press X for the left transformation, Y for the top transformation, ect.

In Battle Mode once you pick your character a tiny menu under the character's picture will appear showing its transformations, and you can pick the one you want, which requires no unlocking. Then to transform in battle, do the same thing it says in the first paragraph.
